got HP 2.4Ghz wireless laser mobile mouse. Model #: FHA 3511
clicks are fine, but mouse pointer doesn't move. if i leave it for 20 to 30 mins it will start to work tho. already updated driver, dongle pairing, cleaning lens and change battery. im thinking might be a bad capacitor on the inside or something. any ideas?
