win anti virus =(

i keep getting these popups for win anti virus pro 2005. ive scanned with spybot, adaware, microsoft anti spyware, spyware doctor and its still there. any suggestions?

anti virus and anti spyware are different use a virus scanner not a spyware one and then it will work
