when i open norton Go Back a list of previous dates would normally come up but no when i open it a message saying-
There are no events available to revert to.
This occurs whenever the history log doesn't contain any safe point or boot events.
This happend a few weeks ago so i re-installed it but ive just noticed it yesterday and still there are no dates to restore back to if i wished to do so.
Does anyone know why this is happening?
