When is 64bit going to be the standard, I have a 64bit processor sitting here not being utilized.

I know Windows Vista 64bit is out but I heard that it has alot of problems.

Actually Vista 64 bit does NOT have a lot of problems. I am running Vista Ultimate 64-bit and not had a single problem since I upgraded to Vista. I would recommend it any day of the week. It also seems to run smoother than x86.

they may run in 32 bit, but MS made thier 64 bit OS to allow to also run 32 bit programs. Even though I am running Vista Ultimate 64-bit, i can still play BF2, CS 1.6, CS:S, DOD:S, DOD, UT, Fear, etc. Have not had any problems with any of these games on my 64 bit CPU/OS.
