What should I upgrade?

I can not run games that have good graphics. what out of these things should I upgrade to improve performance the most?

Intel(r) Celeron CUP E1200 @ 1.600GHz (2 CUPs), ~1.6GHz
1022MB RAM
Radeon X1300/X1550 Series 511MB

I'd like to say upgrade the graphics card but then the CPU will be a huge bottle neck. 1GB RAM is 'ok' if your not multi-tasking much.

I'd try and find an E6600 CPU, providing your mobo is compatible, with 2GB RAM, and a HD4870. But then you might need a new PSU.

This is a tough one.
