Well if your talking demos then I have played the F.E.A.R. extraction point demo it was pretty tight.

FEAR (On and off. I've got to the point with that woman you find that you have to lead, and the helicoptor blows up and she runs off)
I was playing Doom3, but got bored I think.
I was also playing Need For Speed Most Wanted but got bored of that too. I don't like the moving around the city parts.
