What could be causing this?

When I play games, sometimes the computer just restarts... you can hear it shut off and a second later it loads up Windows again just like you turned it on. I experience this when I click Exit To Windows in Midtown Madness 1 and when I start racing on Generally and it happens sometimes when I'm on the internet too.

It could be your graphics card overheating, or even a faulty one. It may also possibly a faulty power supply.

Make sure you have all the most updated drivers for your card, and keep your eye on the temps.

Also, if you have overclocked your processor, try underclocking it a little..

yea I think that it is a problem with youre computer over heating
How many fans are inside?
What kind of surface do you put the comp on?( obviously dont put it in a surface where the heat is kept inside the computer)
lol, Make sure youre computer is plugged in and that youre battery is charged all the way :D

I don't know, but Generally is old and small so it really shouldn't do that, should it? How do I find out my power supply's wattage?

What do you mean by Generally? Is that a name or something?! I'm confused!

Anyways, it could very well be a dying power supply. They only last so long...
