Sorry if this is the wrong section, I'm new and this is my first post :3. Anyway, I'm currently using Windows 7 Home Premium. I've been messing around with what plays what sound using control panel. Although one, I haven't changed. When I click the 'Forward' button in Internet Explorer 9, a weird sound plays. It's a messed up sort of shcndjvkbhrkygfhr noise
