I have one, HAD ONE. I have used many many types. They simply exchange liquid (water mixed with antifreeze) through a system comprised of a tank, pump(s), radiator(s), and heatsink(s). The heat is absorbed by the copper heatsink into the water, and flows through the radiator to cool the water off again, then repeats the process. MOST are very easy to install, maybe taking 2 hours MAX if you work SLOWLY. Mine take about 45mins at this point.
