Wanting to change the windows load

is it possible to change the windows main loading screen from the normal windows load bar and logo to an image and load bar of my choosing... basically i would like to know if i could re-skin windows completely

Yes you can. I dont quite remember how to do it though. You have to use a program. and edit some files. Maybe google will tell you? I forgot what the program is called though.

is it window blinds and will the program your talking about allow me to reskin the windows start-up screens and login screens as well as the desktop

Yes it will. i dont think its windows blinds. Give me a while and ill find it.

alright well i found out that windows blinds will let you also, but when you find out what the name of the one your talking about is please post it
