Want to play BioShock - Need Graphics Card recommendations

I have an HP m8120n Media Center PC - Not built for gaming.

Intel Quad Core 2.4 Ghz processor,
2 320 GB Hard Drives
NVIDIA GeForce 7350 LE
more specs if you care to look up this computer rig.

I'd like to play BioShock without the lag, the jumping screen, the low quality, low textures, low actor detail, low everything.

Is there a way, for under $100 please, to upgrade this compydore to something that can handle newer games (playing Crysis is NOT a goal)

Forgot to mention... it's running Vista...

Vista has actually been fixed up pretty well.

How many watts is your psu

I googled it, and I'm pretty sure his power supply is 300W

I play L4D maxed and Bioshock shouldn't be much worse at all

Actually, the HP m8120n Media Center PC uses a 300W power supply.

Oops..

I was reading someones post on another forum about the PC and they said they NEEDED 400W but the PC came with 300W
