Vista install tossing errors

IRQ less than or not equal to

Sounds like a driver error to me but since I can't get the OS to install I can't load all the drivers in.
Specs of system:
ASUS P5Q SE2
2.66Ghz Core 2 Duo
4GB 800Mhz ram in 2 2GB sticks
Samsung IDE dvd combo optical drive
WD 160GB sata2 drive > As primary drive
WD 1TB sata2 drive > As secondary drive
GTS250 Nvidia video card in PCI-e slot
Vista Home Premium 32bit
BIOS has been defaulted by battery removal method.
Since every one at CV is asleep I thought I'd come over and see if you guys had any ideas.

Try removing one stick of memory, then installing.

Amazing how great minds think alike. I was just reading up on the bases of the error and it looks like a hardware conflict or malfunction. I would venture having 4 gigs of ram and that being over what it can use, it's protesting.
