View internet from smart phone to desktop?

This might be a newbie question, but is there anyway to view the internet from my Samsung smartphone onto my desktop monitor? The desktop does Not have wifi.

You have to have a video out port on your phone that matches a video in on your computer. So chances are good, 'no'.

I dont know about PC but i know if PS3 and your phone are connected to the same wifi network you can stream youtube videos from your phone to PS3

Remote control applications might be what you are looking for. try Universal Remote. i use it my self.
If that's not what you are looking for then check out the new device called Chromecast.
It's a cheap devise that are comparable to the expensive apple TV. You just need a free HDMI connection and 30-35 dollars.
