Reason, I'm thinking about changing my card.
GeForce 8800 GTS 320MB to GeForce GTX 460 1024MB.
Compare Current, I've had this for over 2 years now.
Sometimes I'll over clock it sometimes I don't, can't say I notice a difference ether way.

Shader Clock 1440 (MHz) [20% faster]
Memory Clock 3600 (MHz) (Effective) [350% faster]??
Memory Amount 1024MB GDDR5 [220% more]
Memory Interface 256-bit [20% less]
Memory Bandwidth 115.2 (GB/sec) [80% faster]
Texture Fill Rate [couldn't find this] (billion/sec)
Number wise it doesn't look like that much better, but percentage wise it does.
or am I wrong?
I guess what I really want to know is, what is going to bottleneck first when gaming online playing games such as Bad Company 2. Which I'm playing a lot at the moment. Or could I just double up on my ram to 8GB.
I always seem to get mixed results when asking about video card performance.
