I am taking a video clip and editing it to 720 x 480 DV NTSC
and I have my Pixel Ratio set to 0.909.1 DV NTSC
Now when I render it it comes out looking Widescreen and I want it to look
4 : 3 Ratio.
Now I do see a Pixel Ratio of 1,0000 Swuare but will this work with my
720 x 480 DV NTSC setting above???
