VAIO CPU temp

well im just wondering, my laptop cpu is a:
CPU type: Moblie Intel Pentium M 760J, 2000Mhz
CPU Alias: Dothan

and itz averaging a temp of 50 C, even wen on start up, it registers 50 C. I think this is a very high temp for a Pentium M. Does this look unusual or am i just worrying too much?

hm.. seems normal.. my amd 64 3000+ is running at 50 something degrees range.. and besides.. you got a laptop.. make sure you give it enough ventilation on the bottom.. like dont keep it on a sofa while using it.. it heats up fairly quick :0

My prescott core, P.4, idles at a lil more then that.. so thats fine for intel..

Actually, Intel Pentium Ms cannot be compared to Pentium 4s. The Pentium 4 is basically a quad-pumped FSB Pentium 3 with NetBurst, so it has very few pipelines, making it good at games and a bit like an Athlon 64.

The reason it's so high is because it's in a laptop, and cramped
