I just built two systems, that are completely identical. But the temps of the motherboard on both systems is different. Also I have noticed that the voltages are also different on both systems. Im using two powerleads for the psu that where lying around, could that cause discrepencies in volts?

Different BIOS revisions in the MOBO's, maybe? They might have diffrent default settings. Some motherboard don't get the stock voltage right on some cpu's. (I'm assuming that's what you mean by "voltage".)

If the RAM voltage is different, it's likely a similar issue.

How different are we talking? If you're talking barely measurable differences in voltage then that'll just be part of the manufacturing process for the board / CPU, no two are made exactly the same. Temperature is more likely to be different since you could've applied thermal paste slightly differently on one than another which could effect things more noticeably. If we're talking about 10's of degrees though something's clearly up!
