Something I use that's even more useful than Windows XP File Transfer Wizard is the Detto IntelliMover 3.0 USB Migration Kit. This is an awesome way to transfer files, folders, or what have you from one computer to the next. You can check it out here at TigerDirect.

or you can always burn them onto a CD or DVD and transfer them across that way if a network is not possible for you.

Just send them via USB?

Time to set up a network man! It's not hard. Just go out and buy a network cable (talk to the radio shack guys, tell them what you want to do). Make sure you buy a CROSSOVER cable, and NOT a Patch cable, unless you plan on using a HUB/router/switch.

Pretty easy really. For more information:

I would go with Windows XP file transfer, you won't have to download anything and its integrated so both computers are compatible :D
There are other ways but i just find this to be the simplest

This is actually the best idea of them all. Just plug into the usb ports on both machines and click the files and drag and drop or right click and send to> can't get any simpler than that.
