Transfering .jar files to phone w/ PC Studio 3

I have a Samsung SGH-a437 and i want to transfer a jar file (and i read online that you also need to transfer the .jad file too) but i don't want to download it on the phone (it costs 1c per kilobyte for internet and its painfully slow) So i want to know how i can transfer the executable java files using Samsung PC Studio 3. For folders i only get Graphics and Ringtones Audio.

you need this to take the .jad from the .jar file.

I'm trying to get Opera Mini on my phone, and it had the .jad file with it. I have them both downloaded and in the same folder (thanks tho because i have a .jar file, gmail mobile, that doesn't have a jad)
