i have that cpu fan and my cpu is overclocked from 2.0ghz to 2.5ghz so good one, what about a operating system? other than that looks good

The Radeon HD 3850 should be perfect. It'll run any of those games easily.

nice i just have 1 question my mobo doesn't have pci-e 2.0 it says 16x but runs in 8x so the 2.0 will work but run in 8x?

It has 8 lanes as opposed to the 16 lanes standard, so half the bandwidth, this shouldn't be an issue at resolutions of 1680x1050 or lower.
