Is there a place you can upload a whole folder?

You see, the Gran Turismo site I'm at, I copied a bunch of tunes and such, have them organized by tuner and stuff. But I can't find anywhere to upload my folder.

I've got a folder with about sixty text files, anybody know where I could upload the whole folder?
