TCP/IP setting won't save

Every time I configure the TCP/IP setting for my adapter (IP address, subnet mask, default gateway, DNS address) it always resets to "obtain automatically" after I close it. This only started happening recently and it means I can't get decent speeds on uTorrent etc.

Any ideas to what may be causing this and how to resolve the issue?
