The last one is a Revo Drive and fits into a PCI Express slot, so you'd have to be sure your board can boot off of it, or that it works for your intended use. Otherwise, there's not much else to compare here, since the Agility and the Vertex are essentially the same drive. Usually it's the Vertex is better, and Agility is second place, but those drives share near (if not complete) identical specs.
