Sorry, the img is so small, here's the message:
ZA SS detected a conflict with a third party program. As a result, IM security and AV Email scanning will not be enabled until the conflict is solved.
Well, I understand it grammatically, but technically, no. So, what should I do? I can't find any third-party program.

What messenger are you running? I have Zonealarm Security Suite 5.5.062.004 also and it works great for me.
