Slight graphics problem?

Hey all, im having a small problem. Here's my stats

Dell Inspiron 1721 (17") Windows Vista Premium

Ok, here's the deal.

Occasionally when i am right clicking and highlighting an option "like sign out" for windows live...the highlighted selection remains on the screen...below is a pic of my problem

its not a urgent matter, its just somewhat distracting...

the problem is probably caused by a slow computer speed.

its probably a prebuilt. umm i would take ccleaner and run a clean and registry clean
