Sites not loading background images

Some sites aren't loading up there background images. And for some reason when I try to type into a chatbox thing it'll never send. And I'll try to type in forums like this and use paragraphs but they never seem to space. But it doesn't do it with sites like here or YouTube, or MySpace.

Is that the latest version of firefox? Try Downloading the latest version from the mozilla website.

Yep, it is. I download a new version whenever they prompt me for one.
