Shortcut key bug?

I have a Toshiba laptop and up by the Power button are 6 shortcut keys like "inernet, media, play/pause, stop, rewind, and fast forward"

When I push the internet key, two browser windows pop up. I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix it so that I only got one window.

Go into the Control Panel, and then to Keyboard.
Since the drivers will most likely be installed for that specific keyboard, there should be settings for Key Shortcuts, or similar, where you'll be able to specifiy what applications open with what key.

Maybe your pressing it too long? Try tapping it. I had that happen on an old keyboard for my desktop, did the same thing. I tapped it, and only one Firefox window popped up
