Simple
How do i open something with the "Open With", i tryed on the keyboard alt or something?

Right clicking on it and alt?

As far as I know, you just select the application you want to use in the Open With menu and click OK.

Most any file you right click will have the "Open With" option. In my experience, the few that don't have that option when you right click, are files that the system doesn't recognize. They usually have the Open option at the top of the menu when you right click, but clicking that will usually just open up the "Open With" menu. If that makes any sense. . .

Aw bugger, coz i found out by the keyboard shortcut on here, i cant find it.

Its a way to make that open with option come up! damn
