Setting up Raid 0

I am setting up raid 0 between 2 320gb sata HDs. Im on an asus p5wh mobo and im just wondering what i put for the stripe size if i want data to efficiently be divided equally amongst the 2 hardrives. Also my MObo has intel and Jmicron raid, anyone have any suggestions on which one to use? thanks

If you do it in disk management then windows will sort it for you, just use it all if you dont want any other partitions
