Look up Hijackthis on the website:
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/programs.php
Download and then install it. Run the program and you will get a log file of its description of your start processes. Don't delete anything yet, but copy and paste the log onto this thread and we can analyze it for you and tell you what should be deleted. Be warned that deleting the wrong thing can seriously damage the computer.
