So yeah, I have my computer connected to 2 different displays, 1 is my main display a samsung 1680 x 1050 monitor and a secondary 720p tv connected via hdmi. The problem I am having is that on my secondary display the 720p tv, games and 720p or lower quality youtube videos do not fill the screen, it will just show video in a smaller box, but when I am watching a movie on vlc or dvd it does goes full screen or youtube only if it's a 1080p video? It's like my computer thinks my tv is a 1080p tv...What can I do to fix this?
