Sapphire 6870 Video Card Fan is LOUD

I recently installed a Sapphire 6870 Graphics Card in my computer, and the fan is very loud. The Engineering Control Center has no option to turn it down, or I am not finding it. Can someone help me with this issue?

Edit: Someone told me the fan control was in the AMD Overdrive Setting, but I am not seeing it in there.

Not sure where the actual control for the fan is.

I went and read a few reviews off Newegg.com about this particular video card and most of the ratings were also mentioning the loud fan at speeds above 60%. Once you find the speed control, can you let us know the GPU Heat Output by running a benchmark test on it? I would like to know at what speed the fan is, what the core temp is at idle and then again at load and under high strain (i.e. game play from Crysis 2, Skyrim, or some other demanding game you may have).
