Random Restarts

I've asked this qustion a few times and dont think I got a good ansewr for it yet :S, anyways I just formated my comp its about 5 months old
and I am getting random restarts it happend befor I formated aswell i aint sure what it is... do you think i should buy a new cpu fan? or what? i just got more ram

it doesnt restart unless I open BitTornado thats the only time it restarts
