If you are running XP, ctl-alt-del, clic the process tab and it's all there.

no no its random access memory as apposed to sequential access. random access memory means it can read from any part of the ram at any time, sequential access means if it wants to get to say the letter x from a, it will have to travel in order (example: Cassette tape). As apposed to random meaning it can jump to letter x.
