Ram question

I'm sorta new to this so I want to know what you guys think is better.
Having 1gb of ram running at 400 mhz(I think thats what its called. Well pc3200)
OR
Having 1.5gb of ram running at 333mhz (pc2700)

i would go with the 1.5 at 333mhz like john said.

i'm running 1.12 gb of ram at 133mhz and its better than the 1 gig i had in there before.
