RAM problem

I recently installed a 256 ram chip, but the amount of gigs I have stay the same when I check in Defrag. I used a PCWorld to check my volume size and its still the same as it was before inserting the RAM.

Any help would be nice

RAM is independent from Hard Drive size. THey are two completely different things. Adding more RAM won't add more hard drive space.
