Question bout Installing/Uninstalling

If I delete a programs registry, or inproperly uninstall a program (ex. delete files instead of add/remove), it won't slow down my computer or game if i reinstall it right?

it should be perfectly fine if you re install it afaik. you really shouldnt do that though

The only reason i Did that is because I thought an update would uninstall the original, but didn't. And I couldn't find uninstlall for the old one in Add/remove, so i deleted al lfiles associated with it. As long as no performance issues with PC or programs, im fin.
