Should I build a computer or buy this

I need it for gaming so I'd have to add the GPU myself

Btw I know the answer it's for a friend he wants to know, told him I'd build it but he's to excited to get it lol

If you have the ability to build it yourself, always do so. (with a few exception. Like cheap office PC's on sale. You can't beat that by price)
