Question about Installing OS

Well i am planning to install a Chinese version of Windows XP over the existing Windows XP and i was wondering after i have installed the new version, would i need to install the motherboard drivers and video drivers again???

Are you doing a fresh install? If so then yes you will need to install all drivers.

Yes, with either a fresh install or repair install, you'll need to install all needed drivers.
