PSU question

I found myself 2 PSU's for my new system (8800GT , Q6600 quad core 2.4 GHz, 3 gigs ram ect...)

Other then the voltage what is the difference? Which is better? I like that $50 rebate (it feels like free money once you forget you already spent it), is it worth it to go with the more expensive one, or did i just find a good deal?

You found a good deal alright. That OCZ is a beast. It supplies 72A across the quad (4) 12V rails. It's also manufactured by one of the most reliable, quality power supply builders, FSP. Either one will work well, but I would get the OCZ.

yeah ocz is some of that good stuff, i'd get that if i were you =D

Both of them are quality PSUs but the OCZ is what everyone is recommending it seems.
