hey guys i have a old processor what do u guys think i should get my bugget is about 150 any ideas i currently have 1gb memory and have a a 30gb main hd with only 4gb left and a 400gb as secondary still have a slot for more memory but my main question is about the processor thnx dual or celeron??

how can i find out what type i bought it a few years ago is there a way on the computer by finding out or do i have to open it up and look if so where do i look thnx guys

type dxdiag in run . then look at thing in the middle of the page that says system model. tell us that

If you open up the computer, the model of your motherboard will be printed on it near either the graphics or PCI slot.

A good program to use that will identify nearly everything in your computer is PC Wizard.
