problem when playing cs

alot of times when im playing counter-strike i'll get the pop up message and i dont know what it is or how to fix it. i try clicking both of the buttons and it doesnt do anything untill about the 4 or 5th time. any suggestions?

It looks as thought you have some sort of program runnning the background. Check your task manager, see what all is running. If your not sure, then post a screen shot of the task manager so we can take a look at it.
