Problem with M2N-E Motherboard

I just finished building my new rig and when I power it on I get 1 long beep followed by 2 short beeps. I don't know what is wrong, I have tried only one stick of ram, and making sure everything is powering on. I don't know what to do, please help me guys. I've also searched for this boards beep codes, but couldn't find any info. Specs in sig

1 long and 2 short beeps is video adapter related. Are you sure you have your video card seated properly and have the proper power lead going to it? Also the video card could be bad, do you have another one you could try?

Also check to make sure your memory is seated properly
