Printer problems on LAN network

Unable to print anything. Has a Plug n' Play, it will print the format but
none of the information.

does this make any sense to anyone? new helpdesk job and I get problems worded like that =P

The only thing i can see is that whoever has this problem is saying that they can't print to a network printer, but they can print if the printer is on there computer.

It sends a sheet but there is nothing on it i think is what is meant by the second remark.

Could be something really simple like, empty printer cartridge lol
