Prey PC Installation Error Help?

Ok so I just installed Prey on my computer and when I click on the Prey icon the game starts up to the first screen, and the it closes and a get a weird window that opens up saying this

Anybody know what this is or how to fix it? Heres my rig if it makes a difference

2x512mb Corsair 800mhz Ram

looks like maybee ur OpenGL drivers might be out of date but other than that i dont have clue maybee try direct3d indstead of OpenGL
