Power Supply Upgrade Question

Intel i5-2500k (4.3oc)
Asus Sabertooth P67 mobo
16g Corsair Vengeance RAM
2 Gtx 560s in SLI (900mhz oc)
3 hard drives
3 DVD ROMS
Antec Kuhler Cpu Water Cooler

My last power supply died on me and i ordered a ultra x3 1600watt power supply.I found it really cheap.

My question is, is that overkill? I mean this thing wont burn my house down will it lol ?

Im also running 5 250cfm delta fans on a 40 watt controller.

Oh and this is my first build so im still learning.

lol No, it won't burn your house down and it won't damage your hardware as a result of being being such a high wattage, but yes, I do believe, for what you're running, that it is major overkill. The bonus of such a crazy wattage, is that you are sorted for many years to come! If you have the cash to blow, go for it.
