Potential Problem?

I had a previous post, which I've actually solved for that part, which got quite deep and a bit weird.

I'm on the last step of actually being OK with connecting my Sky Box up to the TV card I'm going to get. Here is a picture of the TV card and where to put the aerial cable in:

If the right picture doesn't come up, select it on the top left corner. It says 'TV in port' .. on my Sky Box, I have an 'RF Out' .... So I'll need a cable to connect these two up yes?

Is it possible that someone could tell me which connectors I'd need to do this for it to work and be able to watch Sky?

Sorry man, you're wrong.

It has two out's as far as I know. Just RFs. I just need to connect these up I guess...

Can anyone tellme, whoever had their consoles connected to their pc .. say how good it is? Were there any problems you found at all?
