and not sure what cpu fan i wana get... suggestions are welcome!

You should go for the new 45nm E8200 now that it's out as it's the same price as the E6750 but provides a decent performance increase.
For the CPU Cooler, the Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 PRO and the OCZ Vendetta are the ultimate price/performance coolers right now. That case looks pretty strange, but if you like it...

lol yea i love seeing how stuff works... i have a no window case now nd hate it lol ill give ur suggestions a look, thanks!

even though its clear, id imagine that case being kinda flimsy and not built very well.

i wouldnt be able to stand a transparent case, that constant light would drive me crazy. like in a dark room, it would annoy me

How much is the E8200? I didnt see any of those on newegg or tiger direct.

It should be out right now or at least within the next couple of weeks. It costs around £115. or about $180-$190. I'm not sure of the price in the US. But I do know that it can reach 3.8GHz without a voltage increase.

I would personally stay away from the maxtor drive. for a few bucks more you could get this seagate and get a much better quality drive

At any rate, your going to atleast want to change that hard drive to the SATA version. That motherboard only has on PATA channel for things like CD drives, and it's in your best interest not to put the hard drive on the same channel.

i only have ide stuff... thats y i looked for a mb with ide ports

Right, but the mobo you gave us only has one IDE channel. That means you'll be limited to just 2 IDE devices. You can hook up a CD drive and a Hard drive on the same channel if you want, but the transfer rate to/from the HDD will be slower than normal.
