Pocket Pc

What would be the best pocket pc I could get under $389 and what all would I have to be able to get to buy off of it?

What do I want?

• 
  Check Email (not just basic msn, yahoo etc but private email)

• Go on MSN

• Play Music

• Maybe even use it as a phone

What would I like?

• 
  VNC through my actual computer

What would be the best one I should get that fits my needs above???? Im thinking about ebay any other places I should take look at?

I have an HP IPAQ 6315 that has t-mobile and cingular phone option, it uses windows mobile 2003, and it does everything above but vnc maybe there is software out there for it, I would let that go for only $250, used but it is even a phone though!
