First, I want to say I am so glad to have found this site.
I can't play movies on my computer anymore. I went to
the control panel and found the dvd drive and cd drive. They both had a yellow exclamation point by them. I check into it and found the code 39. I then look into the troubleshoot area. it told me to uninstall them but I still had the same problem. I also found that my VIA OHCI 1394 controller had
the same exclamation point. I didn't uninstalled this one because I don't know
what it's. I also don't have the reinstalled softwares anymore. I was willing
to uninstalled the dvd drives. I know they are plug and play, but I wasn't
sure about the controller. Does the 1394 controller have something to
do with why I can't see my movies.
